They had the car we wanted and at the Price we were looking for and gave me what I wanted for my trade. Craig are salesman was easy to work with and explained everything well. Eric Matthews the finance officer likewise was very professional explained everything no pressure for additional purchases and we left completely satisfied with everybody and our car

I am thoroughly impressed with Hart Kia. I dreaded buying a new car but the no pressure process was very easy. They spent time going over every detail of our new car until we felt comfortable using all the new features. Several months later we used the collision services. Again, we were treated with patience and curtesy as the staff walked us through each step of the process. Incredibly nice employees who genuinely seem to enjoy their work. We drive 45 minutes to use Hart Kia services and will continue to do so. I highly recommend!

Worst place to ever take your car if you have issues. Setting an appointment? A whole month to wait. To even look at my car? 2-3 months. Called several times to set an appointment when I knew the issue with my car. Pumpkin is out and Josh doesn’t pick up.
Was able to set an appointment with Kia of Lynchburg after calling same day and appt. Set for that Friday.
They figured out my issue quick, and the time they said to get my car fixed would be 72 hours. 72. HOURS. Hart Kia said 2-3 months to even look at it.
I will never get my vehicle serviced here ever. I’d rather travel an hour and KNOW my car will get fixed in an efficient manner and timeframe. I hate Hart Kia indefinitely.

Just purchased my 3rd Kia. This is the 2nd one purchased from Hart. They were efficient with their paperwork, fair with their prices, very easy to get everything done in a timely fashion. Absolutely LOVE my new Kia!

I had the best buying a car experience of my lifetime here. The dealership as a whole lets you shop for a car. You can drive aroud all of the lots and take your time looking where other dealerships create corrals of cars that block off eveeything. The sales people dont harass you to purchase. The whole staff is friendly and works hard to please the customer. Most importantly the KIA product is top notch. I purchased a 2019 Sorento and i am tickled to death with everything....the comfort, handling, power, room, and safety features. Having a 4 cyl with more pickup then any 6 ive owned is amazing. You will not be disappointed Roanoke valley or anyone from anywhere in our beautiful world. I AM UPDATING MY REVIEW….because I believe everyone should know…. 5 years later my Kia Sorento is running strong. I have done regular maintenance as needed and have 78000 miles on it. When it is time to buy another everyday driver I will be a repeat customer at Hart Kia in Salem, Va. the service department is top notch as well. THANK YOU HART KIA❤️
