As a new rider purchasing a new bike, this team made it very convenient and easy to do. They explained everything to me in a way that was friendly and easy to understand. Through a short series of phone calls, text messages, and emails, they saved me from a 2.5 hour drive to their dealership, and even delivered the bike right to my doorstep. From the no pressure sales team of Craig and Pat, to the paperwork details handled meticulously by Chris, it just becomes a really nice experience. You can tell they just want you to get the bike that is right for you, and to enjoy it to the fullest. And the service department is so accommodating and knowledgeable. Tiffani always knows what solutions to suggest for maintenance/repair issues, and Alex went out of his way to meet me and let me know he was there to help if I needed it. It was a Saturday morning and I still had two days of hard riding scheduled. The previous four days of aggressive mountain riding, combined with summertime heat & a fully loaded bike had done a number on my front tire - there was no way it was getting me home!
I called the moment they opened, and Tammi, the service mgr., told me to bring it in. I was there by 10:15 & was back on the road by 12:30!
I can’t thank them enough for working me in! Absolutely saved my ride!

Awesome customer service even helped pick some gear out after i bought my indian ftr . Battery died couple days after I bought the bike called frontline without question they Immediately took action came 45 mins away pick the bike up had new battery and fixed by next morning and delivered back to me ! Again Awesome Customer service definitely will buy again from frontline eurosports !"

I bought a 24 R1250GSA from them. Pat was my salesman and was a no pressure kind of guy. I went in twice prior to buying and he was always happy to answer questions and provide insight. The parts guys Dan and Mike were also top notch and were knowledgeable about what they sold. Cant forget the finance guy, Chris, very helpful and professional. A big "hats off" to Tiffani and Bob. My poor old airhead had sprung a rather significant oil leak...bad enough she couldn't be ridden at all. Tiffani went the extra mile to find us a slot in the OR. And Bob put hands upon the patient. The result was a full recovery, and we are back on the road again. Happy, happy, happy!"
