They don't know how to do billing correctly. I keep having to call them to redo the statements so insurance will pay it.

Customer service? Non-existent. Could not get into pharmacy. Was instructed to go through the drive through. Said to blow your horn, No one ever came to the window. It was on a Saturday before 12:00. I'm going to see if my insurance will allow me to go elsewhere.
