The lovely staff at this shop are so nice and friendly, they were very helpful in every way, answered all of our questions and gave us an exact time frame and stuck to it. They did a spectacular job, our car looks brand new! They even went as far as detailing inside and outside as well! We were very pleased with the customer service and the work! Hopefully we won’t have to but if we do they will be our repair shop from now on! If I could give 10 stars I would.

Except for nice front office staff, I can't recommend this place for bodywork if excellent work is important to you. I took an older car here for a simple replacement of a bumper cover and the results were pretty sad. The paintwork was actually good but they returned the car to me with a small corner of the cover scratched on one side and about an eighth (1/8th) of an inch overhang of the cover on the other. When I took the car back for them to make it right they didn't. Simply smashed the overhang into position with force rather than reclip it or replace it, which is best practice in an insurance case like this. I get it, my car's no beauty queen and it's got a lot of miles on it. But there's no excuse for this kind of shoddy work. Please look elsewhere if you want a really professional high-quality job. Pitiful.

Declined to take responsibility for faulty product install and repair and detailing overspray. Don't recommend. Rude and unaccountable owner. Brought out 2 employees to lot for bully threat tactics when asked owner to look at my complaint respectfully. Thing is he doesn't know the customers offspring grunts. Bad look all the way around.

Tony, made the process of getting my damage repaired quick and easy. Once the repairs were completed you couldn't even tell it was repainted or repaired. If you are in need of collision repair, I highly suggest dropping you vehicle off with this team of experts. The staff is super friendly and make the process of getting repair work done enjoyable.
