  We visited 2 banks today and they are cloesd.. we have had a hard time doing business with this bank since the one closing New Castle!!!

  The staff at Carter Bank and Trust at 1400 Electric Rd in Salem are fantastic. They go above and beyond to help their customers understand their banking options. They always give me great service and a friendly smile. They are the best and the service they give their customers is outstanding!
