“Always include your flight information when booking! Thankfully I did. My flight was delayed repeatedly and instead of getting in at 8:45 my flight landed after 11pm, after closing time. I trudged to the rental car counter expecting to be disappointed. However, as I walked up to the counter, Fayth greeted me by name and within a few minutes I had the keys to my upgraded SUV.
