Terrible !!! Stayed outside the store a hour thinking the sign on the door that says out to lunch would be quick considering there is a store than needs to be ran but apparently not! I sure hope they arnt paying the manager a lot to work here because as I was standing outside waiting the lady from the hair salon next door said she leaves for hours all the time!!!Also the cigarette butts and chair is a good look for the company very fitting

Here on Saturday. Hours are from 10am to 7pm it's 11:43am. Door locked no one here and on Google shows they are open. Drove up here for nothing. Can't pay the bill cause their payment system has been down since Feb! I have always had good service and experience with Boost but it has really went down hill since Dish took over. Been a customer for over 10 years. May be time to finally give up on them.

I had a very pleasant experience when purchasing a new phone. I have been a Boost Mobile customer for over six years and have never had a problem. Angie, at the Salem store, was very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this store for cell phones!
