“Let me start by saying that the WVCC website makes it so easy to order textbooks.
I placed an order about a month ago and the items were intended to be shipped to my home. The never arrived so I decided to give the Bookstore a call.
Phill (I hope that’s correct!) Answered my call after the first ring. He was so incredibly helpful, he explained that the store they purchased my books from had for some reason canceled my order. Since my books had already been paid for, Phill said that he will ship them to my house ASAP! He offered to send me a picture of the access code for one of the books so I can access it now, rather than having to wait until the physical copy arrives.
