Biscuits & Bubbles used to be great. It was the only place we took our dog. We went there for years but it seems to have changed. Now when I pick up my dog he comes back shaking and trying to bolt out of the door. This last cut his hair was not even at all. When I called to ask about the cut, I was told it was because my dog is old and isn't tolerating the grooming. My dog has never had an issue with grooming. We have decided to switch groomers.

I took my pet to this company for a bath and groom… after being there approximately three hours… they called me… when I answered thinking she was ready to be picked up… they told me her paw had gotten cut and they were cleaning it up and would take more time to do her grooming… I was really worried and decided to go there and check on her and wait there for her… when I got there they told me they were through with her and I could pick her up… I noticed she didn’t look like she had her cut… but they told me she did have her cut but that they had problems with her legs and charged me $60.00… I had her wrapped in a blanket and couldn’t see really well… when I got her home… not only did she not get a hair cut she had not even been bathed… I called back to find out what was going on and another person told me they could not do her grooming because they couldn’t handled her… I don’t believe that either I have had her groomed since she was six months old… I don’t really know everything that went on… I do know they lied to me about how she got cut… they told me she did it herself scratching on a door… but the cut was on the side and only could have been done with the scissors… or something sharp… I know things can happen and she seemed ok… so I let that drop… but I did ask for my money back… since she had no bath/groom… they told me I had to call the owner (Blair) which I did and he agreed to send me the money they charged me… I waited 7 days without hearing from them… and made a call this morning to check to see if it had been sent yet… next thing I know Blair showed up at my house… accused me of harnessing his employees… I didn’t even talk to his employees I only left message… I can’t believe how that man talked to me… since when does a person have the right to come to your house and talk to you in such a manner that I am still having a hard time calming now… no actually he had no rights at all to show up at my home… no matter the situation…

I am thrilled about how great this place is. They took care of my dog, and I must say, I was nervous to leave him while I was on vacation, but I'm so happy he did well. Thank you all!

I had such a great experience here today!
My doggo is a big boy but very scared of the tub. We went to use the self service dog wash and they were so kind and helpful. She helped us get him into the tub and I think he will slowly get over his fear.
It was a great place with very kind people and will be utilizing them in the future for doggy day care!

The sweetest girl ever cut our elderly dog’s nails, and did an incredible job!! Our dog is terrible with getting her nails cut, but she put her right at ease and relaxed her. She went above and beyond to make sure they were smooth and wouldn’t scratch the pads of her paws. So much appreciated ??

My dog looks nice and clean, but they let her leave with small pieces of stool attached to her behind. I asked for a sanitary cut around that area, but it doesn't seem that one was provided. Overall not impressed.

My dogs love it here. We've used other boarders that i could tell my dogs developed a fear of, but both my timid and boisterous dog walk right in. We use Biscuits and Bubbles for boarding, grooming and daycare and all experiences have been positive. If they don't answer, leave a message and they will call you back :)

A friend has reported to owner 3 times her dog's have injuries after picking up from a clipped ear, to shaving to close on rear and bleeding and a gash on face.
