I went there a week ago just to look at a car Austin was my sales person. Great guy worked with me and I decided to buy a 22 trailblazer I traded in my other car. I got a good price for it. The guys are very good there.

Attempted to buy a vehicle with 3 visits to the Dealership in Salem. After multiple conversations they agreed to come down $300, and then $500. A offer for $40,000 was made for the truck which was rejected because according to the sales manager would cause them to lose money. My fiancee went back up and took pics that showed the truck was rusted underneath. They dropped the price to $39,000. The following week. I have asked the office to give my information to William Farrell, who is the current CEO. They claim they cannot. I just wish to be treated fairly. I'm not wealthy, but would like to purchase a vehicle without being treated like they are doing me a favor selling me a vehicle instead of being treated like a valued customer.

David Turner really helped me out and is a great sales rep. The whole team was outstanding. The customer service was awesome all around. They worked with me to get down to the kind of payments I needed. They gave me plenty of time to test drive. They offered top price for my trade in. I will definitely be referring friends and family.

Sold me a truck for 30,000 sold me the warranty and never stand behind it. Once they get your money they don't care about the customer. Pretty stupied sales man to. Never will buy from them agian. Don't recommend any one buy a car from them

I think they do good work here. The only complaint I have is the $500 plus upsell every time you visit.

Sales people cornered myself and my friend and blocked us so we could not leave and we’re extremely aggressive until I said “we are leaving or I’ll call the police”. The second time we looked here some time later the sales people would not stop calling trying to sell us a car. Completely appalled that Berglund would allow their employees to act so inappropriately and aggressively. I do not recommend shopping here.

Ok this will be long! I was a Chevy guy when I bought a 2002 Chevy s-10 extreme turned out to be a lemon, lots of problems ......now they couldn't figure it out and GM told me it was my fault bc I didn't like GM ....I responded with you know what you're rightI now will never own another Chevy! But that's the past and I can tell ya Michael Simons is the car salesman ya need more of ! Easy going, reliable and relatable! The manager did a banging job on getting me the jeep I wanted and making the deal happen!100% recommend him and those guys that worked hard on my purchase ! Thank you guys ! This has been the best dealings I've had in years.....

Just bought a used car from them. things that I found broke that were minor they didn't help with. ok. whatever. less than a week after purchase I realize the heater doesn't work. during the process I bring up the fact that the AC lags when turning on and the salesman says they will probably take care of it if it's an issue. Michael Simons is his name. That was a lie. I called sales manager said he would see what he could do for me. Never called back. So now I am taking this car to a repair shop out of pocket. I bought my last 4 cars from them. they will lose my business permanently over 3 or 400 bucks. I doubt they care. I will let everyone know though and I am sure steer enough people away to cause a bit of damage. Good job guys. I know I should have known better than to trust a salesman but hey here I am out of pocket and feeling stupid for trusting them. Finer points of dealing with Berglund 1. If they tell you they have no room to fix something you find. Walk away. 2. They don't negotiate price, walk away. They gave me 16500 on my trade and put it up for sale for 24900. I found 8k markup to be consistent when talking to others who have traded in there recently. 3. Take vehicles to your mechanic prior to purchase and don't ever trust a salesman.

I purchased my new Chevrolet Equinox on Monday. Walker Patterson was very helpful and made it the best buying experience I've ever had. I will definitely be recommending him and berglund to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Was just looking around for a used SUV. As soon as we arrived we were brought inside and sat down inside a room. Salesman asked to run my credit and I told him I wanted to see what they had first to see if they had anything I liked. He said he had to run my credit before they could show me anything. Left the room and brought the banker in who then asked if he could run my credit again. They said they didnt want to show me cars until they ran my credit and I was for sure ready to buy that day.We left, very weird experience.
