Both the salesman, David and the installer, Matt were very professional, explained everything in detail and arrived on time to do the install. I had my old tub replaced with a walk-in shower. It is absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend Bath Fitter to anyone!!!

I cannot say enough positive things about the installer. He worked quickly and was very neat and cleaned up afterwards. I was very happy with the finished result. Highly recommend this place.

We had an excellent experience with Bath Fitters of Roanoke. Ryan arrived on time, got to work very quickly, and effectively, and did two bathrooms in two days with time to spare at the end of each day. The jobs turned out flawlessly and we’re very happy with the showers that we got installed. I’d highly recommend Bath Fitters to anyone who’s interested.

We had a walk in shower installed, where our old tub shower was. We couldn't be happier, Roanoke Bath Fitter is a 5 star company in all aspects. If you are thinking about doing something like this you owe it to your self to give them a call.

Your Technician installed our hand held shower head today. He did a great job and is a true professional as was the Technician who installed the majority of the shower. It really looks nice and appears to be of high quality. Your Company can be proud of your product and your employees.

I had a very good experience with my Bathfitter installation. The installer was very professional, explained everything he was doing and why. He also explained how to best use and care for the shower. We are also very happy with our new shower. I would happily recommend BathFitter to anyone.

For the most part our bathroom upgrade went well.
Two issues were not handled to our satisfaction. During the opening discussion with your sales person when making our selections, we chose a security bar, corner shelf, soap dish, and towel bar. At that time I ask about how these would be mounted due to having the ceramic tile on the existing walls. I was assured the installer would be able to make adjustments to anchor things appropriately. When the installer arrived we discussed the process and positioning of the accessories. He told us we could think about locations and he would call us back up when it was time for their install. All went well until he informed us the towel bar was stick on and would not support wet towels, only wash cloths, light stuff, etc. That was very upsetting to us. It is ridiculous to market something as common as a towel bar then tell the customer you can’t use it as a towel bar. I’m sure the general public would agree with us. What is the purpose of a towel bar that isn’t strong enough to hold a wet towel? When I voiced my dissatisfaction to the installer, he responded that my walls wouldn’t support any other method. Which I find very interesting since he had just mounted the security bar to the adjacent wall. So, given what I was told, can I trust the security bar or was it simply the type towel bar provided? I consider this an open issue and look forward to a reasonable solution.
Second issue. After the contract was signed and deposit paid, on one of the follow up calls I was ask if I would allow Bath Fitters to put a sign in our yard, we would get $100.00 off. We agreed. Before the installer came in the house he put a sign up in the yard next to the curb and took a photo of it, we never got the $100.00. The sign is gone, I guess he took with him.
The installer was extremely personable.

We fortunately had two technicians able to come, and they finished the work by 3:30 in the afternoon. The measurements were very precise and everything went together well. Our choices for shelving, a seat, and more were spot on. The gentlemen cleaned up very well after completing the work. They would also tell you if you ask what they were doing at any particular time during the procedures to install our walk-in shower. All in all a great experience, we are enjoying the walk-in shower very much, and so are very pleased that we chose Bath Fitter.
