Thank you to Amanda and Malakai for waiting on us and installing my battery. Amanda was out in the windchill of -1 putting batteries in the dark. Please be good to these employees they are hard workers and they keep the store running smoothly. I wish I had to money to buy them nice long winter coats. Will be a returning customer. I understand it’s hard to find employees to work but the so called manager(Trella) isn’t professional at all. Auto zone needs to consider getting better management who can talk to customers on the phone without being rude.
