I broke down on I-81, far from home. Found Bunker on Google, they picked up the phone right away, and within an hour literally drove 15 min to me to fix my car in the gas station parking lot.
Ultimately still had to tow it to the shop as the issue was more serious than we initially thought, but the needed repairs were made in record time (only took him 15 min to do an est. 45 min replacement of the worn out belt tensioner), and I was back on the road.

“Awesome people! I had a blowout on one of my tires last night around 8:30pm in Salem & I was over a hour from home with my fiancé, no spare, nobody we knew near. But, the owner and his son saw me pulling into a gas station & immediately came over to help. Got my tire size, tan back to his shop to make sure he had it, came back and took me wheel with him, put a practically brand new tire on & didn’t ask for hardly anything in return. Amazing guy & super fast at what he does! I’ll be heading back to get a whole set from him soon!”

“When driving home from vacation, my car broke down on the side of the road. I had it towed to Maiden and son’s garage. Since I was from out of town I had no idea where I needed to go to get my car fixed. They do not do transmissions, but they helped me find the perfect people to get it fixed. I had to go home because of work, but helped me find a reliable towing company and transmission repair shop. If you have car issues go to them! They are great!”

“Al and his team were great!! I called in a panic on Thursday with a flat tire. We were hundreds of miles from home doing college visits. Al suggested locations closer to me, but when that timing didn’t work, he said he’d be happy to help. When we arrived he knew us right away, offered wonderful hospitality while we waited, and had us back on the road in a 40minutes. My daughter was so thankful to not have her trip ruined by a dumb nail!”

“Had two broken windows panels that had to be replaced and looked into I called Sam and he worked with my problem and gave me a time to look into it he saw my window and came back to me a couple days later with a quote with a great price thought I would pay more but I didn’t have to he then gave me a time to work on it and finished in a couple of hours now my window looks brand new and as if nothing happen he also gave me great customer service and worked with me too if you need any window panels replaced or door panels too he’s your guy!”

They were straight forward with the estimate, how long the work will take and let me know as soon as I can pick up the car. The shop also works with Enterprise if you need to arrange for the pick up and drop off of a rental car. My car looks great and I have no complaints.”
