“I highly recommend this apartment complex! The location is fantastic, offering easy access to everything you need. The apartments themselves are modern and spacious, with top-notch amenities that truly enhance the living experience. The staff here is exceptionally friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure residents are comfortable and satisfied. I’ve had a wonderful experience living here and can’t imagine finding a better place to call home. Five stars!”
“Hands down the best apartments I've lived in. Erin and the rest of the staff really care about the property and the residents, to the point where you immediately feel at home. The common areas are always super clean, the bike garage and the gym are amazing. The location is also walking distance to downtown Roanoke, but it's enough out of the way that it's still really quiet. Right by the greenway. Perfect for people with pets, nature lovers, and active people.”
“I didn't end up moving here because I held out for a top floor unit somewhere else. I'm regeratting it now! I hope Gwen will consider me for tenancy still. I took the tour and the apartments are lovely and you can tell they take good care of the grounds and the apartments.”

3101 Honeywood Ln apt h, Roanoke“I cannot say enough positive things about Honeywood. As a graduate student, I am confused reading other similar reviews. The truth is, this is just about the safest, nicest, and affordable apartment complex you can find, and the location is wonderful. I am grateful for the staff here, they truly look out for me and I feel that they go above and beyond to keep residents happy.
It is very quiet here, perfect for studying or having some peaceful relaxation time by the pool. You can definitely hear footsteps/creaking if you live on the lower floors, as with most other apartments, so pick a top floor unit if that is a problem for you.
I haven’t even seen more than a couple of teeny bugs in the whole year I have lived here. I am grateful to live in such a beautiful, clean, safe place!”
“I stayed there for a year and recently moved out due to finding more advanced work in nursing. I was on the top floor in apartment 21. The outside has a nice pool, playground, walking trail, and park right beside it. Easy walk to kroger, 24/7 fitness, and the amc movie theater. River runs right beside the complex where people often fish. The outside of the apartment has metal doors and good stairway lighting. The inside is very spacious for the price, good working utilities, and nice natural lighting. They pay for water and bundle the utilities except for electricity. The apartment insulates well with heat but not with cooling, so expect to pay more in the summer but less in winter. The staff was friendly and took my concerns seriously. Issues were fixed within a week. The problems I had were that the shower would continuously run, the carpet came off the teeth it was threaded in, and the dryer vent came out of the wall. All issues were fixed professionally and promptly. At the end of my lease, they gave me my deposit back and let me go hassle free. I would recommend this place to travel nurses who are looking to work for lewis Gale and carilion. The two cons that I have are that the carpet outside is an awful idea for a garden style apartment. The bottom apartments did flood, but it was during a flash flood, so be wary of that.”
