I just want to say how amazing Arlene and Jason are with my chihuahua Daniel... I am just amazed at how calm Daniel is with them when they clip his nails! Thanks so much to them both and I definitely recommend them to anyone needing a groomer!!

We had a great experience with Jason. He and his mother are always so nice. He does a great job with our fur baby. Highly recommend there grooming service. Have been taking our baby over there ever since she was just a puppy and they do a great job.

The animals are not taken care of in the pet store. They had 2 hedgehogs (which should be housed alone) in one tiny tank with dirty water and no exercise wheel. One had an infection on its stomach and the lady called it "donald trump" due to the urine stain on its head. She was surprised when we told her they loved baths and when I asked her about the infection she stated, "well, you know they p*** and stuff". She picked it up with a pitcher and put it on the ground. When she needed to pick it back up, she got a dustpan.Obvious neglected animals. I purchased the hedgehog, took it to the vet the very next day. He stated the skin condition was terrible and had to give it medicine for parasites. After 1 week and 2 baths later, the infection was all clearned up 100%. This goes to show how little they really care. A bath once a month would have prevented it. The hedgehog is now rehomed and in good care. Also, it loves baths, fresh insects, and likes to be held by someone's actual hand.

I also purchased a sugar glider from them. It is terrified of people because it had never bonded to anyone. They never messed with the poor thing. When I asked to see the animal at the store, the lady shook the animal's urine soaked pouch harshly over and over trying to get it out until I told her to stop. They are nocturnal animals and she wasnt going to do anything besides terrify it. There was an orange peel that was rock hard and hardly any water in the cage (which clearly was a used, dirty bird cage). I purchased it, cleaned the cage and It has been rehomed as well and still doesn't trust anyone and this has been over 6 months ago (even though it is doing much better than if it would have been left there).

I HIGHLY recommend For Pet's Sake to anyone with pets that need grooming! My standard poodle is a nightmare for me to cut his fur or nails so I decided to get him groomed this time and took him to For Pet's Sake because of all their great reviews. Let me tell you all the reviews are completely true, when we took him in the shop his fur had gotten pretty long and was a mess really, when we came back a few hours later he looked like a completely different dog!
