I was very pleased with (Rhonda) the property manager and her service. However, I refuse to rent a storage unit from this company. I moved out. I found another place that has policies, procedures and prices that fit my needs.
I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Moove In came in & immediately raised the prices, had my storage up for auction (without me knowing), and miscommunicated with the last storage business so my payment for May was messed up and I had to pay it all upfront out of nowhere. The only reason it gets 2 stars is because the ladies were nice and when I did rent there, the units were solid and clean. I loved it at first honestly, but the new company sucks.

They stuff the units for auction. Making it look really good on the outside but it's all garbage and garbage from the owners. They are scam artists.

Few questions for Daniel R. Carter:1. Is it customary to have your son, Travis Carter, bid on storage lockers that he's renting out himself?2. Is it customary for your company to have someone in the crowd to keep the bidding going when they have no intention of buying the locker?3. Is it customary to stage lockers that you or your friends or family owns?

Watch for this location they auction units that are staged two units that were sold had Travis's stuff and paperwork in it and he also bid up the unit so they could get maximum dollar

Absolutely best self-storage facility in Virginia, let alone Ladysmith/Ruther Glen. Cleanest, very safe and secure, lots of different options in sizes. Great prices. Customer service (truly went above and beyond) for us. Terra is always kind, friendly, and helpful. Mr. Carter (owner)is always professional, respectful, and appreciative. Thank you so much, we're going on 3yrs of business with you.. Hope you all have a great Holiday! 2023

Travis was awesome... Running around all day looking for storage space. Other tell you anything to get you there. Travis was honest in his words and we got just what we were looking for. Thanks Travis great customer service.
