I would give 10 stars if I could. I have been with the company for a few years. My agent, Abbey, has been absolutely wonderful to work with. She has always been on top of any issues or situations that may arise, and takes the time to ensure that I understand the details of my policy. She has literally made my life easier. I had one missed payments months ago but am currently up to date and received a letter in the mail that my insurance would cancel on he exact day that it was due (DURING A PANDEMIC!) if did not pay it. I’ve previously had a grace period to pay it but because I missed a payment Allstate took that away as “Punishment” (exact words from my agent) which is completely ridiculous. I do not recommend Allstate and best believe I will be going else where for insurance.
