Great shopping experience. Staff was super helpful. Bought a display grill that had minor damage, and the young lady (sorry, I forgot her name) worked with me and gave me a very reasonable discount. Another staff member, Paul, helped me load it into my SUV. When we couldn't fit it, Paul retrieved some tools and took part of the grill apart to make it fit. Paul then loaded it up with care. Everyone there was friendly and helpful and made this one of the greatest shopping experiences for me. Thank you.

This Store is one the worst one I been to and it one the newest ones! apparently the manager doesn’t know how order straw because never in stock and they have very slow staff when ever you need anything loaded or propane! You’re better off driving to Fredericksburg to route 3 and dealing with traffic!

I was not able to get the name of the guy who helped me, but he is tall, wears flannel and well, he is just great. He went out of his way today to help me with my pups, and I just really appreciate the help as the breeder passed away and I didn't know what I was doing, and he absolutely saved my a** today by offering an experienced, helping hand. He is very friendly and professional. I used to go to the tractor supply in Fredericksburg for everything, but I just may change my preferred store now. Its people like this that really make a difference by just being an all-around helpful guy.

I love shopping here! I always receive a friendly greeting when I enter, assistance is prompt, and any questions I have are thoroughly addressed. It puts a smile on my face every time I'm there, along with every other customer I see, because we are all treated like family. OK If you're in Ladysmith YOU have to stop into the now one year new Tractor Supply. So clean, absolutely the tidiest store I've ever been in.
Managers Dan and Tim especially helped me effortlessly without hesitation on exchanging a Carhart Jumper for my grandson. I can't thank you enough for the outstanding customer service, friendliness, staff was all courteous. Michelle checked me out in a jiffy..

Management is very rude and loves to get other team members to harass you every time you come to this establishment. I used to dye my dogs tail in the dog bath prior to me being an employee and now since i do not work at this establishment it is a problem. no where in the rules and regulations on the dog wash says i can’t “dye” my dogs tail the dye comes off with bleach . Management member mike is an absolute gem he approached me with respect and asked if i could not dye her in there and okay that’s fine :) ! But rant over . they should actually stock and clean the dog wash before a customer as in myself have to restock the soaps and clean the actual tub instead of harassing me every time I come in there

ive been a Very,Very loyal customer 2 all tractor suppies and have bought every pair of new boots from them going back to the early 2000s.i make 8$ an hour because i work a job with no minimum wage laws and i honestly struggle 2 make ends meet but im happy.i spent 90.00$ on a pair of boots in may but couldnt wear them until the last month due to surgery on my feet.within 3 weeks of wearing the boots the whole front sole came off and when i tried 2 get a refund at TSC,ruther glen,Va.the guy manager was the rudest,RUDEST person of that position i have ever seen and i have watched him do the same thing too one other person while i was shopping.i like TSC still because its a good store but i would advise any body from going to the ruther glen,Va.location !!!!

Thank you Tractor Supply for hosting a great local vendors fair today. I love supporting local businesses and my friend and I were happy to help the local Four H group with their cute as a bug mini horse, Merle, and I even bought a couple PaPa trees. I hope you'll have more events like todays!
