This place is a whole joke
I went in the store @ 8:34 pm. with $50 tried to purchase only some cigarettes for $8.04 he ripped me out my change by giving me 30.94 back I said no this is wrong I'm short of $10 then asked for an exchange for a cheaper pack of cigarettes he pointed to the $5 packs. I picked the pall malls he was refusing to give me my change back from the previous transaction so I asked for a full refund he called the manager she said they don't do exchanges or refunds an he was refusing to give me my receipt. I still have not got my money back I am reporting this so all beware of this place

To management or owner, your cashier Lamont Jones, is telling all customers that your premium gas is actually regular gas... that your selling to all customers. We all are getting robbed and not getting the correct grade of fuel what we purchased!!!this needs to be investigated.

Don't work here you will never sign any paperwork that protects you. You will never get a paystub the only paperwork is tax forms the owners play fast and loose with the payroll and don't even ask for overtime you get less.. also don't shop here even when I worked there I shopped elsewhere when I could I wouldn't spend a penny here otherwise to expensive it's almost like the owners don't care and make there own prices

The cashier was very helpful and kind. I wasn't sure if the bathrooms were working, but they had a handmade sign by the register that it was out of order. They have fresh fruit and other healthier items at the front of the store.

This pump sucks. Slowest pump I’ve used in my life. I could have charged my Tesla for the time I pumped half a tank.

The ladies' room was large and very clean, a welcome change from most gas station bathrooms. The people at the register were friendly and helpful.

Terrible terrible place and cooperate, tanker put diesel in gas tank thanksgiving 2022. Car was in shop for months for repairs and later on was totaled because of the incompetence of the driver. Unbelievably ugly attitude from Shell corporate during the long and strenuous claims process.

Waiting for 20 minutes or longer for school buses to stop blocking the pumps is inexcusable. This store is a failure, the lady that works mornings is very rude, and not customer friendly. I will never use this has station again.

This happened to me too ,Nov 23.it was horrible everything ,i went through with mine daughters in the car and the police took my car because it was parked on 95 in a dangerous place. I spent more than $2,300 between mechanics,towing,police park lot.please does anyone know the shell email please?i don't live in Virginia,big damage.

Would have given zero stars if possible. This gas station gave me gasoline instead of diesel. Still working on getting my repair bill reimbursed. Wouldn’t recommend this gas station.

My sister and I was there and got gas. The car stopped working and shut down we were stranded and had to spend money on Amtrak to get where we had to go. Now the repairs are over $1100 because of the wrong gas. My receipt says regular and I put regular in the car. This is unacceptable. I have been trying to get in contact with this gas station. What is a number or email that I can get in contact with someone to get this fixed because I am now with out my car because of this. I have to try and figure out how to get my son to school and to work.

If you got regular gas here between 11/23 - 24/2022 and started having issues with your car it is because diesel was mistakingly added to the wrong tank by a truck diver. Contact the station, the cashier was very friendly and apologetic about the situation. Also recommend filing an insurance claim.
