  I appreciate sheetz. I will always choose them over Wawa. Only 3 stars because their drive thru is a hot mess. There is no organization, most of the staff seem like they hate their job based on their attitudes.
  Just make changes.
  
  Plus the parking lot needs redone and the stop signs need put back before sheetz is liable for the Case accidents…..

  There was an issue with the coffee maker, but the manager, Matt(?), took care of it for me. Great store and employees.

  I called the store after they were unable to put rice and beans in a burrito to ask why it had happened. After I asked Keith he said he would check and then left me on hold for6 to 7 minutes and then hung up on me.

  Manger gave out my order to wrong person I show up they tell me to contact DoorDash support she kept saying it doordashes fault and another delivery drive got it. But it was for PICK UP
  The employee there know they were the ones that messed up but the manager could nvr mess up and it’s always some else fault
  
  Terrible manger and she degraded her employees and yelled at them in-front of me( assuming she know she mess up)

  Ordered a wrap that was missing half it's ingredients. Lady behind the counter argued with me about whether or not said ingredients were there.
  
  I was given the missing pico sauce and the boom boom sauce in a cup when I asked them to remake it.
  
  I also pointed out there was no cheese in it and the lady who made it said there was.
  
  I proceeded to deconstruct the wrap in front of them to and I eventually found a piece of cheese about the size of a nickel. In an $11 chicken wrap. Lmao yeah you really did put cheese in there after all. Please...
  
  Guy behind the counter said to the lady who made my wrap "Hey, you wanna come deal with this?" to no response.
  
  I was in a rush to make it to a baseball game in Fredericksburg so I decided not to escalate or ask for a refund. I said "Forget about it." and left.
  
  Usually when going up north from Richmond I make a pit stop here, but never again. I just wanted my chicken wrap remade, not an argument.
  
  I hate people who ask to speak to the manager but I would have done so if I wasn't in a hurry.

  Out of This World Convenience
  Sheets is the true galaxy's best gas station convenience store! From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was blown away by the sheer selection and quality. The fresh food options were out of this world, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
  The store's cleanliness and organization were impeccable, and there was plenty of parking for galactic travelers. If you're ever in the area, Sheets is a must-visit. It's a cosmic oasis in the heart of the galaxy!

  Overflowing trashcans, dirty restrooms, and poorly made food. This is the worst Sheets I've ever visited. Drive a little further and stop at a different one. AVOID!

  ordering online is the easiest way.. when i pay extra for add ons and they’re not on the sandwich it’s very unreasonable. the cream cheese is either dripping everywhere or it isn’t on it at all even tho i add it every time to my orders.. as a food service worker i do NOT understand how these mistakes are consistently being made by the employees. no matter the time of day either it’s very unfortunate and is costing a lot of business to just drive the short distance to a different sheetz that can do it properly the first time.

  One of my favorite gas stations when I'm on the road. I can find gluten free, dairy free, soy free snacks, fresh fruit cups and the bathrooms are always clean and readily available. No asking for a key..
