It was my first time there and it was an emergency.
My fur buddy had a stroke and my vet couldn't fit me in. So I came to this great vet who took me right in. With my little buddy in my arms and tears in my eyes.
They did everthing they could to comfort both of use. Rusty is making a slow but good recovery.
I want to thank you for the service in my time of need.
Your Dr. And staff are great. Now you are my new veterinarian.

My fur baby was sick and not feeling well I brought him in for a follow up with his vet Clinic Caroline Animal Hospital. The care staff and Dr. were very friendly the Clinic very clean and organized. The staff explained the care that was gonna be given by the Doctor. The Doctor explained her findings and the treatment that needs to be give. My fur baby is doing much better with the instructions that I was given. Also I appreciate the office called to check on him to make sure thing are still going in the right direction. Thank you guys I highly recommend.

Calling any vet on a Saturday for an appointment is difficult, especially when they have limited hours, but the staff here showed immediate kindness and got me in right before they closed, and it seemed like they did the same for a few other emergency appointments right at the same time, putting them well past their close time, but the whole team made sure to see every single client without making any of us feel like a burden or rushed. From the receptionist team, to the techs, and down to the doctor, they are all truly amazing and in vet care for the right reasons. Thank you for your help today with my senior pup, you all are truly rockstars and I am eternally grateful. ?

It's not a huge place, but it's clean. The employees are professional and friendly. The doctor was very humorous and thorough during his exam of my pup. It wasn't too pricey, and the meds worked immediately! It's a great place for your animal's care.

Friendly staff. Dr. Hammett is very experienced and loves animals. He takes the time to explain information in terms you can understand.

Very nice people working here. They took care of my little pup and called a couple days later to see if she was better and when needed they went ahead and gave me the extra meds without an issue.. highly recommend

Our Maggie #fkamsamerica loves these folks. Thinks she visiting friends. She's had 2 surgeries and a teeth cleaning besides regular care. Their experience is worth every penny.

Ordered monthly meds my dog Ben over the phone and when I arrived at the clinic they were ready to go. Always happy and polite people there. I trust bringing Ben there ever needed.

A month ago, my elderly dog seemed unable to stand up on his own. This happened on a Sunday so we took him to VCC emergency care. They prescribed medications. It got so much worse from there. He was so sick we feared it might be time to let him go. Dr. Hammett said "no, no, I don't think so!" He changed the meds and put him on a bland diet and said let's retest in a few weeks. Our pup is alive and doing great because of Dr. Hammett and we are beyond grateful.

If I could put 0 stars honestly would took my dog there because somthing was wrong with his breathing and had blood in the corner of his eye they told me he was fine and we could try some medicine he got worse the next day called and let them listen to his breathing they told me to wait till Monday and had to put him down that day because he couldn’t breathe docters at the pet er told me that his lungs sounded horrible and had to have been that way before we even took him to the other vet something they should’ve caught.
