Broke down on the side of the road at wythville pulling a 43ft fifth wheel. These guys helped us arrange a tow for the truck and trailer, took the truck back to their shop, dropped what they were working on and fixed the truck on the spot, had it back on the road a few hours later. 100% would recommend, excellent, helpful service and very knowledgeable about their products.

If I could give zero stars I would! We are all allowed to have our opinions and that is mine! If anyone is considering visiting this business feel free to reach out to me and ask my personal experience! I have receipts to why I feel this way! Don’t want anyone getting screwed like my husband and I did.

The guy I talk to on the phone was very nice and answered all my questions only reason I gave 3 stars was I asked the guy to work up some figures for me and I never heard from him I know he was busy and I guess it slipped his mind not quiet sure what happened. Still might get them to do some work as long as I can get a price for the work I need done

Found an ad on marketplace for a part that I needed and went to the shop to get it. Kendrick is very knowledgeable and professional and is a wiz on the computer side of things. I will definitely be going back with any needs I have for my duramax! I strongly recommend this shop for all diesel makes and models.

Great guys to deal with! VERY quick turn around, took less than a week to swap out my OEM 68RFE with a stage 1.5 built transmission. Replacement would have been quicker but due to a delay in receiving parts it took a little longer, that was no issue at all for me though. I drove over 2.5 hours to have these guys build me a new transmission and am ecstatic that I did. Very professional and honest in everything they do. Keep up the honest work. Most definitely have my business for big upgrades.

I had my 68RFE blow up just a couple days before I had to move from Chattanooga to Memphis this shop not only have the best price for a quality transmission but he went above and beyond his dad brought the transmission from Virginia down to whiteville Tennessee In a couple days later his buddy had been going again to finish this move.
Thank you for making it happen most shops wouldn’t of even tried.

Met Kendrick through Facebook and took my 2011 bmw 335 diesel in for a transmission service. He had it back to me the next day and car is running like a dream. Super nice guy, very honest, reasonable prices and hardworking mechanic. I’d trust him with any of my diesels and will absolutely be back anytime I need any work done. He doesn’t just work on them either he drives diesels himself and is very knowledgeable about available upgrades. Very satisfied.
