“Where do I even start. Truly the best auto services & towing company I have ever seen and experienced. I couldn’t be more thankful and greatful that I came across clines auto services & towing llc. As you can see we had an incident in I-81 when our tire popped due to an object that wasn’t visibly seen on the road, which caused us to loose control of the wheel and crash into the guardrail. Thankfully we weren’t injured. Thanks to God. And when the sheriff arrived we had told him that our insurance company was sending a tow truck in about an hour or two. He then told us to cancel cause he knew a guy that would come in about half an hour. Billy the owner arrived in 20 minutes.
When we originally got in contact with our insurance company we were told to have a uber or Lyft on standby due to them not taking us. Billy the owner went out of his way to take us to a hotel that was nearby , not only did he take us but he made sure we got a room as we were a bit shaken up. And proceeded to tell us our next steps and how we should proceed. He then told us that he would be picking us up tomorrow noon after church. He did just that. He arrived with his lovely wife right after Sundays church to take us to his auto shop to get our stuff incase we weren’t able to see our truck again. (I forgot to mention we were heading to Texas with our belongings due to my dad having a brain stroke ) nonetheless we needed a rental to get to Texas due to family crisis. Which is where his lovely wife came in to help us get a U-haul rental. Not only did she help us but she gave us a significant amount of a discount!!!! I have no words to express my gratitude for what Billy & Tammy (his wife) did for me and my boyfriend . They were Angels sent!! They helped us out in out time of need/desperation. We even kept in contact with them to inform them when we had arrived. I will forever be thankful to Clines auto service & towing llc!! I don’t know how to ever repay them back I hope and wish that God continues to bless them and continues to allow their business to flourish for all that they’ve done!! I will forever be greatful to Billy & Tammy . Truly the most humble, professional, thoughtful people we have ever came across with !! May God continue to bless and flourish your business ??. If I could give 10,000 stars I would. 10,000/10 service!!! Thank you guys sooo much for everything!!! Me and my family are eternally grateful, thankful & blessed that we came across your services .
