I used this car wash on Sunday, December 8, 2019 about 10 AM and purchased the $8 wash, which was suppose to be the best but must say I was very disappointed. I had stayed here in town overnight and I had traveled from West Virginia where I had salt residue from the roads due to the snow and I needed to get the vehicle washed. From research I found this car wash and I had high hopes from the positive reviews but here's the truth. The undercarriage wash stopped with only half my vehicle done, the water pressure wasn't very strong and the soap didn't do anything to help clean the vehicle. My windshield still had film of dirt on it after the washing. I would have gotten as much results if I had just sprayed it off with a water hose. I have used these same type of brushless car washes at other places, as recently in Oakland, Maryland that has one and it cost $10 for the top wash and it really does a great job, even gets the dirt film off the windshield. The people that own this car wash need to improve it by extending the time for the undercarriage wash and use better soaps to get the vehicle clean rather than some colored foam that does nothing, and increase the water pressure to actually get the dirt off!
