“I rented from a different location, BUT when I had a problem with the equipment, I stopped here for help. May was extremely nice and helpful. After confirming the issue, she went out of her way to try and help me find a solution including a broad search for replacement equipment along my route at a location that would still be open when I got there. She even called them ahead to confirm. I was very appreciative for her time and help, especially considering that she had nothing to do with my rental or its issues. There was never even a hint of "You didn't get here, so it's not my problem" even though it was nearly closing time. I will definitely rent from her/here in the future!”
“Great storage facility right off of Rt 29. Easy to find and the front desk service is welcoming and helpful. Units are well labeled and it's in a safe area. You can also rent a parking spot for a trailer or RV too and get all of your packing materials right there. Gate code access is easy both in and out and they also have moving trucks to rent if you need them!”
