Purchased a great trailer, Aluma 7712H. Business damaged side rail during spare tire holder installation at time of purchase. Noticed the permanent damage to side rail, when I removed it for cleaning recently. Owner hasn't respond to my email or phone calls to try and get a replacement for my now damaged RH Side rack. Watch what you have them do to your trailer. Stripped six bolts and permanently bent my side rail. Also used wrong adapter that chewed into the aluminum rail on rack tube.
