Hah! What a terrible first customer experience on the phone with PJ Networks. I need my laptop battery replaced (I have the replacement battery) and I just spoke to Brendan on the phone who should NOT be answering your phones given his lack of customer service skills...I was quoted $100 + priority fee of $35 (despite me telling them I was entirely flexible and not in a rush to get this done immediately)...that it would take an entire day of them having my laptop (which I use for work and is my exclusive computer) to swap out the battery for the replacement. I will NOT be contacting you all and will be finding someone else to replace my laptop battery...what off-putting customer service. Will not be recommending.

Great service… I just brought my laptop in and fortunately it was a minor issue that Brandon was able to fix on the spot! The staff is always very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!!!

Much gratitude to Phil Jaderborg and all of his staff at PJ Networks from the Greene County Historical Society in Stanardsville VA. Not only are the staff knowledgeable, courteous, prompt and reliable when working with less-than-tech savvy people, PJ went above and beyond to solve a related issue for the GCHS. Separately, I would recommend PJ Networks for solving problems with personal computers. We wish they hadn’t moved from Ruckersville!!

Horrible experience brought my MacBook Air paid $400 for logic board and not even 3 days later I got to go back for a backlight after the manager told me “there’s no issues with this computer upon checking it” DO NOT RECOMMEND

My wife passed away and I adopted her laptop. Her user file was retained, could not be deleted, and took up too much disk space. I tried to delete the file as Administrator and it wasn't working. I took it into PJs and a technician worked on it for 45 minutes and finally got the file deleted, but also had to delete AVG (the Anti-Virus Software).I put down my credit card to pay but the technician would not take it because I was a walk-in and was not supposed to be charged. The service was the best I have ever experienced in a computer retail and repair facility (P.S. I am a retired Chief Info Officer in a large organization).However, I had $40 cash in my wallet and the technician reluctantly accepted it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND PJs for computer hardware and software support and repair work.AVG was reinstalled by me in 15 minutes at home. Working fine.

Really late on this review. Service date 09/2021. Will is an excellent technician and great customer service fellow. Great experience he updated our desktop computer. Tried one other place before this and not even close to this experience Henri.

What wonderful customer service! My hard drive was acting wonky and I couldn’t start up my laptop. They had a very quick turnaround (less than 1 day), and didn’t charge me after only adjusting only a few settings. Amazing people, would highly recommend!

Providing a big shoutout to PJ Networks Computer Services! Fast service at a very reasonable price. The hard drive was failing in my 8-year-old laptop, and PJ Networks was able to extract all of my files and transfer them to a newer laptop I have. Also they returned the old hard drive for safekeeping and eventual disposal.

Took my HP laptop here to be diagnosed. Unfortunately the repair was going to be too costly. Friendly service, will return for anything in the future.
