Knowledgeable guys and always happy to help. Quick to order what's needed if not stocked in the store and at this point after multiple years of doing business there have they ordered the wrong item for me.

I have had trouble more than once with this location before and have said I would never go back. But what do you know I was in a tight spot late last Saturday and so I found myself making another exception this one time. I knew better but thought I would try them one more time. NEVER AGAIN! This ruckersville Napa has horrible customer service, in fact, it was atrocious. Wanted two hydraulic hoses made with nothing old to look off of but I knew what fittings I needed and what size hose. I didn't have anything old to look off of because I'm starting from scratch! I didn't get the guys name but he refused in a very rude and unprofessional manner. I will never go back to this location. I will tell everyone I know that this place is terrible.
