They said it was open on Saturday. I went to Virginia from NJ, but they said we are closed and cannot help. I traveled for 5 hours and no one helped me and they are mocking me and telling me to come on Monday. It's like I'm coming from a 20-minute drive. You can't trust their words, they are not a reliable company. I came back on Monday to get the part but they didn't give me the part because I gave a bad review. What kind of bad intention is this? They didn't give me the part because I gave a low star rating and even though I came 5 hours from home.

There really lazy and don’t care. Told me there lunch break was at 1 and I showed up at 11. Didn’t even get to go into the yard. Tried to overcharge me for an alternator. Then when I said I didn’t necessarily want it. They wouldn’t let me see the car and said I needed to pay a fee to see it. I would not recommend going here. There lazy

Spot really saved my backside. Was on a road trip a thousand miles from home and needed a replacement rim that nobody had anywhere. And of course new cars don’t come with spares anymore. But M&M had one, and the fella at the desk was able to get me set up and was nice enough to leave it out for me, as I was driving about 7 hours from Asheville NC to get it. A+ from me

Very low-balled on a salvage. Offered 1/3 as much as another salvage yard. Maybe they just didn't want the car.
They were willing to cut off the part of an engine electrical harness that I needed, instead of making me buy the whole thing, though.
A very scrappy scrapyard, YMMV.

Advertised an alternator for $45 in stock. Got there and they wanted to tack on $100 removal fee. Straight robbery, will never go there again.

Decent place to go for any parts they have inventoried on their website. Got an inventoried rim there a couple of years ago without issue. Recently tried "picking" a few un-inventoried parts and it was a disaster. They escort you around and pull parts for you which isn't bad. Office staff were extraordinarily grumpy and rude. Upon finding a couple small barely serviceable parts, the prices were very high, and I was told there's a $30 minimum for picking. Then they got extremely rude. I told them they were being unprofessional, and they told me to leave. I'll now drive as far as necessary to NOT go to this place...
