The crew at kelcam went above and beyond to help my wife while I was out of town for work, and I can’t thank them enough. They have always taken care of us, and they will continue to be the first shop I call. Nothing is better than a capable, family owned shop right down the street!

Great people and good prices.Nice place to go to get your vehicle worked on.My husband usually waits because he enjoys talking to the guys up there.Did a lift kit on my sons Tacoma and beat three other companies prices and did an excellent job.

Thieves. During a routine state inspection, KelCam charged me $300+ for a supposed "tie rod had totally failed" in a fairly new Tacoma. I paid the bill, but then inspected the work. The only thing they had replaced was the cotter pin. The bolt on the tie rod was rusty. Had they actually changed it, the removal of the nut would have removed most of the rust.
They're worse than University Tire and Auto...which is saying something.

Dropped the car off for three back coils and spark plugs replacement. Brought the parts from Fishers Auto. The shop replaced all the parts but said one coil was bad so they had to replace coil number six again. Mind you I already paid 356 and some change for the back three and spark plugs . So Fishers replaced the coil they said was bad . Paid another 200 hundred and some change to the shop for what I don’t know ? The check engine light still on in the and still doing the same thing when I brought it in the first time . You tell me if that’s official. Wouldn’t recommend for serious work on your vehicle. My car is currently at another shop and all they could say was “WOW”.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Bad customer service! I had a state inspection scheduled, and they called me 30 minutes before while I was on my way to the shop to tell me they couldn't do it because they were too busy. Didn't even bother to ask if I wanted to reschedule, the guy who called me was very short on the phone and rude, but don't you worry I won't attempt to do any business in this shop ever again. For now on, I'm always going to head to University Tire! They got me in instantly and did the inspection in 30 minutes! Done deal.
