These people are outstanding! Fair, quick, honest, and their work is done right the first time with no attempt to sell you unnecessary services. We've now had 3 vehicles in for work, and they come out running beautifully on the date promised. An awesome mechanic in Greene, that we are very blessed and lucky to have. The owners are kind, and no matter how busy, take the time to explain what YOUR vehicle needed. JMR really helped me when my tire was flat and my spare donut tire went flat after driving a few feet. It was close to closing time but they waited until my arrival.The local police man was very helpful in travel on a flat tire to the repair shop. I arrived there and was greeted with a smile and expert professional attention to the problem while providing exceptional customer service. My tire was fixed and I made it home safely because of JMR personal care. This is what we need a caring business that does the job right with reasonable prices.

We were traveling thru Ruckersville and had an issue with our oil that needed to be addressed immediately. The owner personally saw to it that we were taken care of, and safe to get back out on the road. Pricing was fair and service was fast and friendly.Service: Oil change
