I had the absolute worst experience here. I would give this zero stars if I could. The staff completely botched my daughter’s pedicure. One technician started her pedicure and shaped her nails as she requested, but then another staff member took over and, without asking, clipped and reshaped her nails, ruining the original form. When my daughter pointed out the issue (by then, her nails were too short to fix), they labeled her as difficult and refused to do her manicure. This happened after she had waited for about 20 minutes post-pedicure, despite having an appointment. Some patrons, witnessing her treatment, were so appalled that they left.
On top of that, I received the worst manicure of my life. I requested a fill with a trim just above my natural nail length, but the technician’s first cut removed all the length. Due to the ongoing situation with my daughter, all my nails were clipped for consistency, and I had to leave quickly to attend to her - by this time she had returned to her car.
We were also the only Black customers there.
Glamour Nails, please don’t bother responding to this review. I will NEVER return.

I had a 1:00 PM appointment at Glamour Nails & Spa on Saturday, July 28th, for a pedicure and an acrylic fill-in. Unfortunately, the entire experience was terrible, marked by poor customer service and unprofessional behavior.
First, one technician started my pedicure, but after filling the water, she left to work on another customer's acrylics. Another technician then took over and asked if I wanted my nails cut shorter. I specifically told her, "No, I like this length and shape, please only file them down a bit." She filed them as requested, and I was satisfied with the result. However, when it came time for the polish, a third technician took over and began clipping my nails without my consent.
She cut them much shorter than I wanted, and by the time I realized, it was too late to fix. When I explained that the previous technician had already shaped my nails the way I wanted, she insisted she was just "making them even" according to her own preference. Despite a calm discussion, no one took accountability for the mistake.
Ultimately, they agreed not to charge me for the pedicure, but they refused to do the acrylic fill-in, calling me "difficult." Other customers who witnessed the dispute also left mid-appointment, unhappy with the treatment they observed.
This was an incredibly disappointing experience, and I will not be returning. Shame on you, Glamour Nails & Spa.

Been going there for about 5years wouldn't go anywhere else Amy and the other ladies are great so if you want beautiful nails on your hands or feet go check them out I'm sure you will be very happy they also do waxing

I won't recommend this place to no one, very rude ppl, I ask questions before I try to get anything done and lady won't answer none of them, the lady charged me a ridiculous amount for cutting my nails down and taking off my nails the dip powder, she was making rude Comments about my race, I told her that no mather the race she should not be discriminating no one, she burn the top of my nails and everytime I told her that it was hurting and burning me she said ... it hurts to be beautiful, never again

I loved this nail salon. I was nervous about going to a new salon, but all the workers were super nice and welcoming. I got a full set of acrylics for a military ball, and they look absolutely amazing. And yes! they do take walk-ins

Came in this past Sunday, Had an appointment for 3 and didn't get seen til almost 4. I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. I came in for an acrylic fill, just wanted the same almond shape I had a little shorter and she somehow managed to make all of the nails on my left hand angle hard to the left as opposed to following my nail direction. I had to repeatedly ask her to fix it and she would argue a saying it was fine. we eventually got to a place where they were kinda straight but all of my nails are noticeably different lengths especially when compared to my matching finger on my right hand. my left pinky nail was especially short and I can only imagine how upset I'd be had these been my natural nails cause you can't just add to them once they've been filed off. she did a good job on the nail art I asked for but for what I paid it honestly wasn't worth it. It was $82 before tip
