I am 1000 percent satisfied with DriveAway Motors! At first I was skeptical but they had a 2012 Ford fusion that caught my eye. I LOVE this car and right today it still runs like new! Now I am looking at a truck that she has but I so hate to get rid of my ford fusion☹️ but I need something for my wife's wheelchair.

I love Terri I've bought my last few cars from her and have hit deer in most of them within the first 3 months she has worked with me every time people have to understand what you put out is what you get she helps a lot of great people and a lot of times her cars come back in way worst shape then when they left because people take advantage of kindness she pays to fix clean everything. this is a used car dealership if you're wanting something brand new straight clean off the lot and can afford it go to it this woman I've seen help so many people down on their luck when nobody else would give them a chance and yeah if you come in here disrespectful you know what probably going to get it back this woman is always up to her ears in work y'all need to lay easy on her with the bad reviews or see just for a day if you can do it better. I'll always do business here ?

Don’t believe everything you see on line drive away motors is a good used car dealership I purchased my first vehicle 5 months ago not knowing what I was doing I just wanted a car they didn’t get over on me my car is still up and running smoothly I never had a bad interaction with the employees or owner

What disgusting behavior from the gentleman who answered the phone. Not only was I completely turned off from looking at any of their cars due to the absolutely grotesque behavior, but he had the nerve to yell at a child while on the phone with me.
If this is how they train employees to answer the phone for customers who want to put money in their pocket, they do not deserve to be in business. Shame on you and learn how to speak to people.

If I lived in the area, I would not take my car anywhere else to get serviced. Bill is so kind, and I have had horrible experiences with a Toyota dealership. Places that practice care and due diligence are hard to find, but Bill is excellent. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Transmission blew out in the 2012 Jeep in 3weeks after purchase . At first I thought Tere was going to make it right but then it was I have to tow it to her and pay half and make payments before she would give me a loaner so I had 30 day tags still on it and no support from her unless I was going to basically pay for everything. I was also sick with pneumonia and was out sick from work and the more I thought about it the more I realized that she had no intention of helping me at all. I did ask her to take the down payment and put towards another car and she said no couldn’t trade a vehicle with bad transmission although she sold it to me like that again I only had it about 3 weeksSo she still has my 1500 dollars she will have Jeep when she tows it and I’m still out of 1500 dollars and a vehicle but I have to pay tow company and I had not even had the vehicle 30 days. Still had 30 day tags so a very costly lesson. Personally even a ragtag junk dealership like this should have some type of moralsShe still has my down payment and I have no vehicle not much more than a thief in my opinion . She still wants monthly payment awesome im still wanting a running vehicle that I can go to work.

Oooooooh if I could give this business 0 stars I would . They are very unprofessional & has sold me & my husband 2 messed up cars ! I had a car from them not even a week & it broke down . They will blame you for any problems that the car has , and will not give you even a little bit of your money back . Please save yourself the headache & leave this place alone !

I bought a van from here, Terry was very helpful when purchasing the van. They told me Airbag light was on and they would do all they could to fix the issue. They could not fix the issue with it and then was told they would get the vehicle inspected every time it needed to be inspected. I could not work as got multiple tickets for a bad inspection sticker because I could not take it anywhere else to get it inspected as an airbag light on in Virginia automatically gets you a Rejection Sticker.Called Teresa about this issue and what Terry the owner promised they would inspect it each time it came up for inspection and Teresa she knew nothing about it. I have checked and in Virginia it is illegal for a Dealership to sell a vehicle with a Defective Airbag. I did not know this until now. Yes got behind on my payments as I could not drive to get to work to pay the bill I owed as could not get it inspected. Was supposed to call before they showed up at my home to get the vehicle and was just informed that our phone has been disconnected, which is untrue have had the same phone number for over 4 years.If you buy a vehicle from here deal only with Terry, never deal with Teresa as she is inept, and all she cares about is collecting your money never concerned about the situation that is causing you to get behind on your payments.

What can I say about this place. Nothing but good! Both Teresa the owner and the finance lady Teresa have always been nothing but kind to me. I’ve bought 4 cars from there. I was scared after I purchased one for maintenance on it and what do you know. They helped me get something different. Not just any dealer would do that for you!!

I was barely showed any cars, prices and the actual cars were mixed up on master list. Most of their stuff was being worked on right out front with cars they were trying to sell. I waited 30 mins inside to discuss some of their vehicles but a few were more worried about lunch then a possible customer.

I have not brought the car yet but what dealership you know will tell you this car isn't ready to sell and that they will call me as soon as it's ready. Most will try to sell it then wouldn't fix it. That to me is good service I just hope when the Jetta is ready they she calls me first.
