“This store has a ghostly feel to it and isn't well stocked. Especially the shoe department. It's usually a mess and is often difficult to get help when needed.”

I’ve watched how hard you work, rain, heat, long days, and still show up with a smile. What stands out even more is the patience and grace you show, even when some customers are impatient or VERY unkind. That kind of professionalism isn’t easy, and it doesn’t go unnoticed.
You deserve respect for the work you do. You’re helping people, making lives a little easier, and doing it with dignity even when it’s not returned. I know that kind of treatment can wear on a person, and I’m sorry you have to deal with it.

The automotive department took me as a walk in and repaired my tire very quickly. They also corrected tire pressure in all my tires. I appreciate the great service.”
