These stars are for speed of arrival and fitting me into the schedule, service quality and the service professional (Josh was great!) but the billing needs to be seriously looked at. I’m all for paying a call out fee (trip charge) if it’s just a diagnostic call BUT if the technician stays for over two hours (labor fees) and charges a customer for parts and supplies then surely the trip charge falls away?? It feels very cheeky to charge $125 trip charge on top of a $550 bill. Its the next day and I still can’t let this one go! Also, please get with the times and set your team up with electronic POS systems!!

We have owned an R/O system from this group that hasn't worked for over a year. The techs never return calls (we've called every week for 4 weeks), paid for a water test the last time filters were changed (and the R/O system repaired... which didn't fix it) and we're still trying to get the water test done we paid for (and provided a sample) a month and a half ago. I understand that things don't always work after the first attempt to fix and that work in Scottsville requires some planning for a Ruckersville-based business, but this isn't acceptable. The office personnel have always been pleasant and tried to be helpful but the techs that drive the business, have your info, schedule appointments, and know what they did/didn't work on don't return your calls or provide any help. Unless something dramatic changes I would certainly not recommend Culligan in Ruckersville.
