Best customer service on the planet. I bought a pair of boots that developed an issue. They sent a brand new pair to my home state free of charge. Don't go anywhere else!

Such a cute western wear, boot shop! The staff is so warm and friendly, extremely helpful and they had SO many cute options to choose from. My husband and I are so happy with our purchases and when we pass back through, we will definitely be visiting again. It’s worth a stop!

I am new to buying "REAL" western boots. I knew I had to get them from Boot'Vil even tho it's an hour from home - and I am so happy I went! Liz has worked there for many years and was incredibly helpful and patient with me. (Seriously - above and beyond excellent customer service!!!) Some things I learned - if you want to get a pair of boots that are really comfortable and specific to your tastes and needs, you will need to try on several pair. I tried on probably 50 different ones in my time there because I deal with plantar fasciitis and really wanted to do something good for my feet. The ones pictured fit my taste and needs beautifully. Liz also helped me with the fit (Just how tight should they be when brand new) and what to expect. (It takes a couple of weeks to break in.) Now these boots are incredibly comfortable and others compliment me on them. I tell them - GO TO BOOT'VIL! :)
