Blue Ridge Trailer had the BEST customer service I've ever experienced. They were extremely helpful and nice. The shop guys bent over backwards to make sure I had everything I needed from a hitch to hooks. Would highly recommend them for sales and repairs. Absolutely love my new trailer and can't wait to use it in 2 weeks for a show and many more shows to come.

I was in the market for a trailer. Perused numerous websites and these guys had one that fit the bill. The day I picked it up, I spoke with 2 gentleman about having ladder racks fabricated to be attached to the side of said trailer. I asked the fabricator if he worked on Saturdays; to which he politely denied but ensured me that the installation was quick and painless. Vefore departure it was stated that they would be in touch the following week. Placement, orientation, utilization, was discussed at length. I got pretty busy and realized that 4 weeksxhad transpired and a job was approaching that I was needing to transport ladders. I stopped by and inquired as to why and where were the items I had requested. Long story short... I was forgotten and my request had never been contemplated beyond me leaving the parking lot. I was contacted by the office and was told that if I still wanted these items that I would have to drop off my trailer so measurements could be taken and then have installation attended to. Bear in mind that there are the exact trailers on site and apparently they have made these multiple times. I stated that I work out of this trailer and dropping it off for even a day was simply not conducive to my time nor my productivity; hence having the involved conversation day of with the actual fabricator. 5 weeks later they wanted me to relinquish my trailer so unnecessary happenings could take place while I had to suffer the inconvenience after being forgotten!! I politely declined their service after stating my dissent. I was not offered an apology nor an alternate course of action. I kinda feel that they got 5Gs from me so the extra couple of hundred was of no consequence and beneath their effort. The actual purchase of the trailer was absolutely wonderful as the ladies in the office are top notch; the puppers that mascot are a huge added bonus!!!

Left Northern Virginia with some firewood in my utility trailer when I noticed the old tires had significant dry rot. Hoped they would make it to Central Virginia - but called Blue Ridge on the way, and the office person checked with her service crew and they had my sized tires in stock. Stopped by, the service man was very helpful, and had a higher load range tire for nearly the same price. Office personnel were SUPER friendly, too. Remember, I was in spending $250 for two tires, not thousands on a trailer, and they were as helpful as if I was. I completely recommend Blue Ridge, and when I am in the market for a new trailer, will go nowhere else.
