Went in for what seemed like a basic service (per customer service over the phone) and they couldn’t or wouldn’t. Didn’t put much effort into helping with something so minuscule. Maybe I should listen to the other customer in line that said she should move her account.

I am not a bank of America customer. I came here with a few questions and in need of an ATM, their outdoor ATM had no money and the drive through ATM was closed early. The lady working the desk was rude and said well we must not have any money sarcastically.

No teller window. Inside opens at 10?!? 10-4 m-f, guess you have to take the day off to go to the bank.

Number one of this branch the customer service is awful to say the least. They have one teller working. One person sitting a computer doing what ever he’s doing ( not helping anyone) And one person walking around on the phone doing idk what. There was 7 people waiting in line for at least 15 minutes for me and I was the third in line when I got there. Not once did someone attempt to help the customers. Number two this branch no longer has a drive through, you have to walk inside to do anything. You can do things at the ATM but the problem is that specific ATM has messed up multiple times for me. And I can’t wait for my money to show up days later. I love this bank as an institution but not with what they have done to make it more difficult to get things done.

I don’t get how this is a full service national bank with a drive up ATM machine that can repeatedly can not provide withdrawals for weeks now. During covid they say drive up window is closed as well to use ATM instead. How in the world are they servicing their UNvalued customers during this time with safe banking? They can’t even service their machines or put cash in them to provide the most basic banking services that customers place their trust in BoA to provide. This bank location in Ruckersville but Bank of America in general just takes every opportunity they get with their bungled approach to banking doing zero for customers. Their attitude shines through with their actions how little they care. I have zero faith and trust in them. I’m taking my banking elsewhere, you should to, don’t even consider a BoA checking account if you’re thinking about it.

This branch could not complete a wire transfer. The gentleman I was directed to could not fill out the wire transfer form on his computer despite my providing the recipient bank, address, routing, and account numbers, and did not appear the least bit interested in asking or calling for help for a customer. Very demeaning
