Once again, Terry O’Neill made our tax season seamless, quick and accurate. We have been using his services for several years now and he has always been very professional, knowledgeable and supportive (even when I made mistakes). We also plan to meet with him after the tax season for additional advice for the future. We highly recommend him for your tax preparation.

I knew that this year I would need professional help with my taxes as I had a change in marital status and was filing for the first time alone, had a new job, had bought a house and sold a house and split assets and had two sons in college. Terry helped navigate it all! I'm so glad he came highly recommended and now I can pass that recommendation along wholeheartedly.

Psychotic and unstable. When you go cheap on tax preparation by not working with an actual accredited CPA, you get what you pay for. I have never experienced such unprofessional support in my life of filing taxes for 35 years.

Terry was very easy to work with! He is very personable, professional and extremely responsive even when I sent him emails on the weekend! We had a complicated tax return for 2021 because my husband’s company ownership changed and he was no longer a W-2 employee which caused us to have to start paying estimated taxes. Terry helped us with tax planning to make accurate estimated tax payments and provided us with very clear instructions.To complicate matters further, we did not receive the required financial documentation from his employer in timeto file on April 15th and had to request an extension. Terry took care of that for us. After many months we finally received the required documents and Terry had our tax returns completed very very quickly.The process to complete our tax returns was straight forward and very efficient. You simply upload your documents and information to his secure portal. Terry was very patient with all of my questions and took the time to explain everything.and as always, he was extremely responsive!

We have been using Terry for the past couple of years. It is a huge relief to be able to turn over all the paperwork to him and allow him to sort through it all. He is accurate and quick and we hope he never retires, because we'll never be able to find a someone else as good as him.

Not a good experience. I liked that he is local but he required you to do a lot of paperwork which defeats the purpose of having someone do your taxes for you. He had all of my info from the previous year he did my return but still asked me to fill out a bunch of forms with basic info he already has.I asked him if I could write off a swim spa as a medical expense and he said yes just get a note from you doctor. I have type 2 and like swimming. It was Covid and pools were closed. My doctor said no problem she would write me a note. I moved forward with the purchased with an understanding I would receive a tax deduction, Thirty grand later when it’s time for taxes he says the doctor has to specify the exact swim spa model I bought in the letter. I stated that a doctor would not do that as it’s not their area of expertise. She would agree to recommend I swim as regular exercise. She has no idea what a swim spa is let alone write in a letter saying buy this model.He said they absolutely would do that I said We can submit the letter as is and if they question it or say it’s not allowed i will pay any cost associated with rework.. he said if I want to pursue this any further there were probably other tax advisors that may do it but it wouldn’t be him.. It was very rude and it was unappreciated as I acted on his advice and now he is back tracking at my expense. Not to mention only a few weeks till tax day!It was not the first time he gave me an ultimatum to go somewhere else for my tax services. It also wasn’t the first time he gave me bad tax advice, but It will be the last time!I bought turbo tax and did my own taxes! I recommend you do the same as he is not worth the aggravation.I don’t typically leave bad reviews but Terry left a very sour taste in my mouth!Neil Hoffstot

Was referred to him, he had me upload my previous year return in his portal. I felt uncomfortable but still gave it a shot. He send me some messages via his portal and some Junk mail about his blog/videos. When I message him thru his portal, he tells me that unless its Top Secret just text him. That makes zero sense. Anyways moving on he come back and tells me $350-$380 and that he offer all this other service with it at no additional charge. Well I had came from a wonderful lady who has prepare my taxes for the last 10 years and she had passed due to COVID19- If i was to move forward with him, I had some questions. 1. Base off what he saw how much I made, would i be getting a return or owe in general obviously he wouldn’t know but he as in SME in taxes should have an idea. 2. His estimate seem high and about 3x what Ive been paying. Anyways he send me back this ridiculous email about how you cant get turbo tax for 1/3 of his price. Price is key but Customer service beats all. If you cant answer questions and get mad easily this was a transaction that Im glad I didn’t go thru with. He seem like a Grumpy old man. Dont let his profile pic full you.

Last year was my first time having someone else prepare my taxes. Terry was professional, efficient and did an incredibly thorough job. I'll never go back to TurboTax after my experience with him. Go see Terry, you will only regret not doing it sooner.

Terry has done my tax returns since 2016and gives me confidence he is looking out for my best interest. He identified gaps in my previous returns and made the corrections. It is a no brainer to have Terry do my taxes!
