We've been a client of House Paws for probably 10 years. Staff and Vet always took the time to talk to us and answer
our questions. They have always been flexible and accommodating.
We were always presented with recommendations and quotes ahead of care. The office and rooms are very comfortable and homey. I feel like they took and take more effort there to ensure the comfort of their patients in comparison to other vet offices we had been to in the past.
Our German Shepherd always experienced consistent and
compassionate care all the way till the end. We felt comfortable
leaving our boy in their care. The list of people who we would leave our boy with was very short. He was always happy to see them and they were always happy to see him.

Ditto to the person who said they're a ripoff. They charge so much that we are opting to drive over an hour just to go to a different vet we actually like and, more importantly, trust.

After years of trying to work with these people, it’s become inevitable, but they are messy messy messy. They overcharge like unbelievably.. I went in to spend about 240 bucks on a Cytopoint injection and one Bravecto. They came out before my dog went in with a $700 bill trying to tell me that I needed to pay for all this bull., I never asked for any of those things that they were trying to charge. They are messy. They don’t know what they are doing.. i’m sick of this and I don’t know what else to say. I don’t know why they have business because it’s absurd. They’re ripping everybody off. They are scoundrels.

This vet's office went above and beyond to help us after our dog got cancer. Extremely kind, professional, and caring. They truly care about the animals in their care. That speaks volumes. Losing our baby girl was absolutely awful. But they could not have been more accommodating or caring.

Missed an appointment, usually get a reminder, but didn’t. The missed appointment fee is $75, never knew about that. Will be changing vets after many years of service for my dog and two cats. Very sad.

Dr. Knode and her staff are fantastic! They took great care of my dog when she needed several teeth extracted. The surgery and recovery went great! Dr. Knode was very caring! She treated my family and my dog with great kindness during the whole process and gave me instructions on how to keep her remaining teeth as healthy as possible. I would definitely recommend House Paws for your veterinarian needs.

One of the best Vets we have gone to. Dr K and her staff are super easy to work with, and I feel they genuinely care about the animals that's come in!

Rec'd a immediate email reply from their office manager (John) acknowledging my email and stating the condition I described should warrant an appointment quickly. Note: I had also called and left a message but rec'd no reply to my phone call. In reply to the office email I rec'd I requested to make an appointment and thanked him. I never heard back. I post this should you have a pet with a unknown, worrisome health issue if time and delays could cause your pet further distress or harm. House Paws ghosted me. Completely disheartening from a veterinary organization.

I called this morning and spoke to the receptionist for almost 20min and she was so kind and helpful. I had 3 pretty in-depth questions about prescriptions and scheduling. She took her time to answer all the questions and schedule my dog an appointment the next day! Very helpful!
