Package was listed as delivered but I never received it! If you try to call you get a busy signal or it just rings. When you place a claim. They say it was settled because they tried to contact you but the never did! I am soooo disappointed. I guess I need to accept that the package will never be delivered and I list the money

Marked PO box as an insufficient address multiple times and returns my packages to sender without ever even attempting any contact or anything. No one picks up the phone, and even other post offices in the area know how unreachable these people are. Terrible service, as it doesn't exist. Just use the nellysford post office, worth the 20 minutes drive.

Horrible... Called no less than 25 times and they would never answer the phone. People are rude and not willing to help.

Most pleasant phone customer service from the young lady that answered at the Roseland Post Office today!!

I've been trying to call all day to the post office and receiving a fax machine. Call the next post office in Nellies Ford and there is no way to contact the office whatsoever. Use the one 800 number to contact the Roseland post office and have to wait one hour for a return phone call.
