Small engine tech here. Called to get parts for a customers machine with vin. And was not able to order by phone, confirm part numbers, or measurements as they are “not allowed” I was told. Called Suzuki Direct and ordered parts with in minutes. Much hassle for a gentleman just wanting to make sure his Suzuki is in top shape.
