This Walmart is almost like going into the Twilight zone. I usually ignore it at all costs. It is the worst Walmart that I have ever visited. It is never that clean, people bumper to bumper in shopping carts (or they will walk into you), produce in the aisles, shelves never fully stocked, shoppers in pajamas. Is it the culture of Rocky Mt or what? Usually, there are only 1 or 2 cashiers that are working. You are on your own at self checkout. Clearbrook is much better. Sometimes, I take my car for oil change here , but that won't happen again. I will find another auto center. A quick $30 oil change turned into a bill of $100 for things the "overly talkative, pushy" representative wanted to fix. He didn't tell me it was going to be that much more!!! And still, they weren't able to fix it. They were standing around laughing and talking, which made me uneasy and suspicious. So I wasted an extra $60, as tight as money is!!!! Then he wanted to change my battery, which I really didn't need. I wanted a quick oil change, but that didn't happen. I wasted hours in there, and that will be the last time.

Worst Walmart ever! First off I fell a couple years ago and wasn't looking for money or lawsuit but manager advised I go to dr so I did. Reason for me falling was there was a poster in floor right in walkway of exit door. When they first called me they were super nice, they then said they watched the video and I saw the sign and fell on purpose....idk about anyone else but busting my knee and my products was not something fun and I wasn't trying to sue them I only told them because glass was everywhere. I also only went to the dr because I felt like they maybe needed a report. A woman from the corporate office talked to me like I was a dog and threatening me saying I saw the sign. I really don't know what she was upon her ass about as I was not interested in suing them or asking anything from them! First of all I live in Virginia I know the laws here protect corporations so even if I were it would be useless but there was no reason for them to treat me the way they did. Also there are a couple of very hateful old bats that work there on nightshift! One gray haired lady will follow you around and harass you if she doesn't like the way you look etc

The store itself is fine but today I drove by there and happened to see my 86 year old grandmother standing outside. So I parked and walked over to her. There was a 20 something year old girl walking in front of her, not helping her with the buggy. If you know anything about this store, when you go out you have to walk up a slight incline - my grandmother is doing all she can do to push her buggy to her car. When I called out "hey grandma" this girl decides to walk back to help my grandmother pull the buggy up. My grandmother had asked her to help her load a bag of cat food - you would think this person would have helped her with her buggy as well, before I had to acknowledge her. I told the girl I could take it from there.

This Walmart is one of the worst I've ever been to! I shop quite often and it's always lacking in the grocery dept. Empty shelves everywhere you look. If that's not bad enough, you finally make your way through the crowded aisles and you get to the non-existent checkout area. The main aisle is jammed with shoppers trying to find a checkout with an actual person and not the self-check! I got stuck having to go through the self-check which still took about 30 minutes of wait time. Then when it is finally my turn, there are no divider bars from the order in front of me. Ok, so I suffice to make my own little wall...I get up to start checking and bagging my order and there are NO BAGS! So I get ahold of someone and they get the bags loaded, another 5 minute wait! Check my self out and head for the door, have to be double-checked by the (greeter?)person! Seriously Walmart! After all of that I feel like I should at the very least get an employee discount! Very, very displeased!

If I could give this Walmart a negative star rating I would! I just went to go grocery shopping and I have my little baby with me that is a minpin puppy who happened to be on a leash an being carried! I apologize that it's more convenient to bring my baby with me to get the things we as a family need instead of driving him we're we live an hour away from the closest walmart! Thanks to the RUDE DOOR GREETER ON THE GrROCERY END THIS DAY OCTOBER 25 2018. @ 3:56pm.... Is the worse Human possible.... Who wants to be an OLD B**** and tell me I can't have my dog at all in the store an didn't even check to see if he was a service dog..... Bad mistake on her..... I've contacted corporate as well as my attorneys an filed a complaint against this Walmart! NO ONE SHOP HERE..... TERRIBLE EMPLOYEES

Much to my dismay, I encountered a very rude check out clerk. I'm 66 and was having a problem lifting a package of water onto the surveyor belt. The cashier found it amusing. After I had loaded it, she said, "You didn't have to do that!" I responded, out of breath, "Well, it's here now." She checked out all of my groceries as I frantically loaded them in the cart. She was bagging until it got to the heavy part. She left the 50 pound bag of dog food, water, and various drinks on the conveyor belt. She did not move them to where I could reach them where I was packing the groceries to leave. I asked her if she had scanned them. She replied, "Yes". She simply left them on the conveyor belt for me to move to my cart. She was grinning as she saw me struggle once again to move them. I know the people behind me wondered what she was doing. So, I gave her the teacher look, as I'm a teacher....and she didn't quite know what to do. The grin stopped momentarily until I looked away. Then I caught her again. No words were spoken, but she got my drift. I think she probably thought...this lady is about to go nuts on me and stopped. That long glare into her eyes was all it took. She neatly folded my receipt as she watched me load. That was her way of avoiding doing her job and her ability to be rude. I don't know how one person could be so callous in the needs of a customer, but I will always remember her. Believe me, I will be back in her check out line if I see her again. Let her try that one more time! The manager will be called. I should have done so today. But what the heck.....I can report her here. Wish I knew her name. I was so dumbfounded by her behavior that all I wanted to do was get away from her. She's definitely not the employee of the week, month or year. She'll not go far in life with her attitude. Very malicious!

This store really impresses me. Not only are the associates familiar with the layout of the store, they offer to take me to what I was looking for. Unfortunately, this isn't the case at my local Walmart.

The store is convenient when visiting family. It has more inventory than the Walmart closest to us in DC. There isn't always help on the floor but the cashiers are nice.
