We had a great buying experience at VFM Sleep Center today. Mary Ellen was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. She answered all our questions, demonstrated the features of the adjustable mattress and foundation we selected, and assisted us in making a great decision! I would highly recommend VFM Sleep Center for anyone considering purchasing a new mattress.

I bought a couch in January and it was quickly deteriorating. They allowed me to come pick out a new couch of my choice and made the exchange very easy. Even delivering the new couch the next day. Now that's good customer service, standing behind your products and making sure customer is happy, so many companies now days don't do this, Thank you VFM !

We went to your store to buy a mattress to replace ours that we had bought 7 years ago and it had not held up to what they said it would be. My husband took the bill of sale and we asked if they would honor the warranty? The salesman said that company had went out of business but he would email and ask his boss what they might could do. Within minutes my husband got a call and was told to take pictures and email them to him. We did that and guess what? We received a call and was told we would get a 100% refund! This is a great company that would uphold a warranty of a company that had gone out of business!! Virginia Furniture Market has our vote and we will return there for any need we have in the future!! They are a dependable home town Company Gary and Lucille Bowman
