Well when entering the store, Afton greeted me with a big smile and said she would be with me in a short period of time (she was finishing up with a customer when I arrived). She was the only one in the store at the time. When finished with her customer, she came over with a greeting and big smile which made me feel very welcomed. Every question I had for her she could immediately answer. She was very knowledgeable with all my questions and she knew the products very well. She was patient and really took the time to explain everything I asked. There is nothing negative about my experience with her. She emphasized that if there was ever a time that I had more questions just to write them down \\u0026 come back in and that she would be happy to explain anything I needed answered. I think she is a very good asset to the Verizon Company.

The guys name is Royce Pierson he is great if you go to Verizon in Rocky Mount definitely ask to speak to him he is great helped us with everything set up and all it was really good working with him .

Royce was amazing to work with! He covered all the different phones and service plans with me. Once I made a decision, we went past closing time to get everything set up and he never seemed to be bothered by the fact that I cut into his evening. This is by far the best experience I've had in a Verizon store.
