Being on a Saturday after black Friday and before Cyber Monday I was not expecting anything but what I was asking for which was a home internet hotspot modem. If you go inside the store I do not know when this expires but with the purchase of a hotspot home internet plan you will receive a $100 gift card along with a Netflix account and a flat screen TV! The customer service is beyond exceptional. They want to go out of their way in their knowledge and understanding to help me with my needs. I will be doing an update on the home hotspot modem but as for now it looks like it's working under my conditions of being in a log home with 10 inch thick walls I have to have the unit place in a position that works best buy a window. Average download speed is approximately 50 megabits per second. What's T-Mobile there is no limit there is no throttle for the plan I am very impressed and so far happy with the sales decision they made to help out people that have limited options for home internet! Thank you

Mikala is fantastic to work with. I had an issue with my two lines that she couldn’t fix directly, but instead of brushing me off, she made a call and got it taken care of. Awesome customer service from a friendly employee!

The staff is great, Ashley is super helpful. Coming from ATT it's night and day in every way. I now get 5G just about everywhere I go. I went from Att 3G 2 bars at best to 4-5 bars of 5G

Auto pay constantly comes out early and over drafts my account. I have extra charges on my account that no customer service rep can explain to me, or they completely ignore me about it. They have forgotten to put promotions on my account I specifically asked for when purchasing. Overall horrible experience and I will be switching cell carriers this week.

This company has went so down hill.. The customer service is the worse I have ever had, had a broke phone for a year and pay for insurance. Insurance will not pay for it but when you have a free upgrade they still want you to pay and the bill goes up and up. No I am good, leaving and never coming back...

Misty was great and we could not have asked for a better representative of this company!she answered every question and if she was not 100% positive ,she did not hesitate to ask someone .i will be goi g back if I need anything else . We may just stop by to talk she was a joy to work with! Now as far as sprint them selves it was great to find a company in my area with service. We live in the foothills of va . And we do not have service at our home so when I found out sprint is trying to get towers in places no one else will we went to see them . I was able to take one of there phones to my home and make sure it received service before any purchase was made .now I do not know if this is company policy or not ? If it’s not it should be and if it is Cudios for them . Now we left us cellular one because the bill was steadily increasing and two we had absolutely no service at our new home. We asked if they were going to try and put a tower nearby but we were told there was not enough population to justify it ??? Now if this is the case why did sprint put one up ??? So to end my story sprint is possibly one of the best cellphone services I have tried in the last 25 yrs and there rep. Misty trail is absolutely great and will be one of there best Regional managers in the future
