Mr kevv you have insulted United States Army veteran approximately 4:40 a.m. I came to your gas station to get gas which I did paid for it at the pump use my fuel rewards for my loyal customer benefit I proceeded to come in to the store to buy coffee and cigarettes your attitude toward me when asking for my ID when I showed it to you was completely unprofessional I will be contacting your manager today and then also refusing to sell me the coffee that I also wanted to purchase that is completely disrespectful and uncalled for you should lose your job today!

Cashier was rude to me and my girlfriend and his name is Kevin very rude and a bad personality. I don’t think being a cashier it’s from him.

Fill your receipt paper at the pumps!! Because then you gotta go inside and deal with a rude cashier who doesn’t have any personality-K*v*n-not friendly at all!

I've worked at this location before. And I will not support such wildly outlandish and childish workers nor the environment.Only after my firing and the harm caused by one of their own employees did they start obeying the law as they should have done from the very beginning.Should corporate see this review let it be known that everyone at the shell side of this location needs to be laid off for the injustice that I have suffered.

rudest people I have ever and I mean ever had the pleasure of dealing with will never go there again we'll go out of my way not to and will pass this along I think people have forgotten if it wasn't for customers they would not have a job

Mike and Serenda (sp?) were super nice.Restroom was clean. I hung around a little to get a break from driving- now it’s on my favorite friendly pit stops list. Easy on and easy off etc.

Spent $17 worth of food, just for my slider and roast beef sandwich to have clumps of hair wrapped in it. At least my fries are still edible I've always been iffy about Arbys and then this just kinda sealed the deal for me... I'll be willing to try Arbys again, just not this location, if management or employees actually read these things my suggestion is to have your people wear hair nets and change out gloves after every sandwich.

A decent Shell ⛽ gas station that you can use contactless pay, low prices, semi clean bathrooms, snacks, drinks, and more. There is also an attached Arby's with a drive through here. They do have ♿ handicap accessible ?️ parking, seating, and restrooms.

Like most Shell stations, receipt machine was out of paper. Also charged me an extra cent after I hung up the nozzle. So imagine if they do that to everybody
