I am writing this for Bobby Brown. Bobby is a loyal client of Schewels. He purchased a washer and dryer set. About 2 months ago he asked me to call in a repair order for him. So I did. I talked to Randy. Told him the washer was stuck on 1 cycle and was using only cold water. He took all the info, and stated the repairman was on vacation, but would let him know. About a week later, Bobby asked me if I heard anything. I said no, I asked him the same. I told Bobby the washer was still acting up, and there was a new problem. After the wash cycle, the washer went to self clean. Self clean cycle just blinked and when you pushed the button nothing happened.
So I called Randy for Bobby and told him this issue and Bobby hasn't heard from the repair man. Randy said he would call him.
As time went by, washer still acting up, the repair man called Bobby. The repair man came to fix the washer. I have a disability, the repair man was yelling and cursing at me about the broken washer. I didn't do anything , I went back to my place. After all was done, the repair man had to order a part. Which took time.
He came back and said the washer was fixed. So put a load of clothes in, stuck on cold. Then, the self clean cycle didn't work. Bobby said call Randy back. Big mistake, Randy was telling me it should be fixed, it cost him $500 dollars. I said no, the self clean cycle isn't working and it's stuck on cold. He said he would talk to the repair man. That was weeks ago. Still isn't fixed. Bobby still hasn't heard from them.

The floor salesman was absolutely a delight. He was very helpful and paid very close attention to what we needed. The laid doing the 'office paperwork' however has no personality to be dealing with the public. We were made to feel an inconvenience for just entering the store and for that I took off 2 stars.

So do you have to have a certain credit score to get furniture on payments here? I went here and filled out there application ( my credit score was 605)! And they said my credit wasn't good enough! My score went down 3 points over this ! I will be calling the better business bureau! Because I actually have a picture of their sign that says no credit needed sign up for payments now. And I have a video of her saying that my credit wasn't good enough standing right beside the Sign that says no credit needed lol rent a center here i come!
