We bought two cars from Quinn's on the same day, and unfortunately just 7 months later, both had MAJOR issues, and although very nice, they basically said, so sad too bad. Again, both father and son were very nice, but to buy two cars- one 5 years old and one 7 years old and have the transmissions start to fail costing over $8000.00 each was awful! I contacted them to let them know and thought that surely to maintain their reputation, they would help in some way like allowing us to trade at least one back in, they explained that they really wouldn't want them back now that they are having issues! Both of the cars, Hondas, transmissions were going out and the newer one also had fuel injectors needing replacement. We took to two different mechanics to confirm this- one of which was the Honda dealership in Roanoke. I am a small business owner and sometimes we have to just eat our profit and even lose money to keep the customer happy. I called more than once, and I was very, very friendly, to see if maybe they thought on it, and would be willing to help in some way- maybe even just a credit towards getting the I was surprised that instead of helping, I was told that because I told them there was a problem, if we traded it in they wouldn't give us much of anything because they would lose money having to fix the issue! Well shouldn't you fix/help the issue?! Instead, I'm now penalized because I told you that there's a problem. Only 7 months from buying these vehicles, and one of them we had barely put any miles on it since buying it. Again, they were very nice, but to have two vehicles that we bought on the same day have the transmissions start having issues at the same time seems quite suspect! Maybe it was bad luck, but moreover, I think they should've tried to help in some way. I even suggested that they have their mechanic fix them so it would be discounted. We didn't expect them to fix them both, but at least work with us to help resolve the problem. Too bad, too sad was not a happy ending. ☹️

First I will preface this with the fact the staff was super easy to talk to and deal with, especially with me buying a car from their lot sight unseen. However, I would highly recommend going to look at their cars in person if you're buying. The vehicle I purchased from Quinn's was clearly just washed and tossed on the lot. Once we came to an agreed deal, I had the vehicle shipped to my house. As soon as it arrived at my house, I popped the hook to check fluids and came across 2 mouse nests, one right under the intake and the other in the air box under the air filter. (No excuse here, the vehicle's fluids should've been checked before it went on their lot which would've lead to the nest discoveries) Next, the tires were old, cracking, and dryrotted not to mention the sway bar end links were completely blown out and clunking badly. Definitely glad I didn't fly down and drive it home, as this vehicle was not fit for a trip of more than a few miles. Also, the odometer was inoperative, as the worm gear needed replaced. And finally, the car was missing the jack, lug wrench, and lug nut lock key, therefore costing me more money at the shop since the tires needed replaced and they had to cut the locking lugs off. Again, glad I didn't try driving it 400 miles home seeing if one of those old tires blew out, I would've been up a certain creek without a paddle. Communication was great until I asked if they knew where the lug key might be since it was missing, then they just disappeared...
