Dr Hutchins I've known for year's he saved a couple of my horses when I had Smith Mountain Lake Arabians and I had my cat Wren operated on by Dr Sumner and I couldn't be happier, he did an excellent hip relocation on her and she's doing great. He's a great person too, took the time to explain what he did and how I was to do with her when I got her home. I highly recommend Pell Animal.
